Electrostatic precipitator is a cleaning device used for small and medium-sized parts that are sensitive to the adhesion of static electricity and dust caused by static electricity. The dust box has three functions - electrostatic neutralization, dust removal and dust collection. When the part enters the box and is detected by the photoelectric sensor, the electrostatic removal and blowing dust removal start immediately, and the time can be selected by the setting switch on the control panel. Suitable workpieces include optical glass, resin molding materials, circuit boards, and medical devices.
