ESD Training

Provides training on ESD basics, electrostatic charge control, developing and managing ESD control programs, theory/fundamentals/applications of ionization and on-site ESD testing and auditing for operators, technicians and engineers. Training can last a half day or a full day seminar including hands-on demonstrations and factory walkthroughs.

ESD/ESC Audit

Inspection and validation of internal and plant-wide ESDC programs and all aspects of ESD safety practices. Audits include surface charge/field potential/friction charging and resistance measurements (among others) for tools, direct/indirect materials, workstations, electrostatic protection areas (EPAs), floors, ESD protective clothing, mobile equipment, racks, footwear, etc.

ESD Field Testing

Testing of materials or parts for independent certification is available on site, e.g. flooring, marking boxes, wafer carriers, ionizers, mats, clothing, etc. Tests are performed according to recognized ESDA standards and relevant data, after which a summary is submitted.
