The rotating six-head nozzle and a unique circular static eliminator are composed. The compressed air-driven nozzle rotates at a high speed of up to 60 revolutions per second, and the generated pulsed ionized air flow sweeps over the surface of the product up to 240 times per second, blowing dust and impurities on the surface of the product from different angles, especially for irregular products such as complex surface shapes or grooves. The patented centrifugal control drives the nozzle to rotate at high speed, generating a large thrust pulsating airflow of 360 °, which eliminates static electricity and brings excellent dust removal effect.
