It is suitable for workpieces of various sizes such as electronic parts, lenses, smart phones, lampshades, cosmetic cases, and parts of home appliances. The dust box effectively removes static electricity and dust build-up from electrical equipment and resin-moulded products, and prevents dust from re-adhering. The ion blow and air blow are constructed independently of each other, and this design improves the efficiency of static and dust removal. Dust Detection Lamp

Due to the dust floating in the air and static electricity on the surface of the product, the dust is difficult to find and get rid of，The dust detection lamp emits a specific wavelength of light onto the product surface. If there are still residual dust particles on the surface of the product, these particles will show up in the light, creating a clear image of the dust. This intuitive monitoring allows the operator to quickly detect and dispose of residual dust, ensuring the ultimate cleanliness of the product.

Air Curtain - Vertical Dimension Dust Interception

Air curtain, as the name suggests, is a barrier formed by high-speed airflow inside the electrostatic precipitator. This invisible ‘air curtain’, like a loyal guard, will be outside the air in the dust, particles and other pollutants in the effective isolation of the work area outside. In the product handling process, the air curtain can not only effectively prevent the intrusion of external dust, but also prevent dust from flying back into the workshop and falling back onto the product.

Light curtain sensing

In modern industrial production, dust extraction chambers are one of the key pieces of equipment that are essential for maintaining the cleanliness of the production environment, protecting the health of the employees and ensuring the quality of the products. As technology advances, the design of dust extraction chambers is becoming increasingly intelligent, with light curtain sensing systems being a typical example. Three sensors work together to create a horizontal light curtain, which not only helps users to reduce the blind spot, but even if one of the sensors fails, the other two will still work, greatly reducing maintenance and standby costs.

Ionic equilibrium ≤15V

The ion distribution is uniform and a stable ion field can be maintained, making its equilibrium voltage≤15V。
Ion balance is an indicator that evaluates how close to 0V the voltage carried by an object is after electrostatic discharge, and how long it can be maintained around 0V. The closer it is to 0V, the more qualified it is to be evaluated as an ‘excellent electrostatic eliminator’.

Deactivation speed ≤1.5s

The decay time of positive and negative charges is strictly controlled within 1 second, such a short decay time reflects the technological advancement of the electrostatic precipitator and further enhances its dust removal efficiency. Electrostatic dissipation speed is an index to evaluate the speed of eliminating the static electricity carried by the object, usually through the time needed to evaluate the voltage from the original to 1/10.

Pull-out dust collection box

The sealed bottom of the dust collection box is designed to hold water to prevent dust from floating around. When the dust collection box is full of dust, users only need to gently pull it out, can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement, without complex disassembly, greatly saving the maintenance time and energy. At the same time, this design also effectively avoids the secondary pollution that may occur when replacing the dust collection box, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the entire dust removal process.

H.V High voltage indication

Advanced high voltage indication function is integrated to provide users with intuitive and accurate means of safety monitoring. A red light indicates a high voltage abnormality, reminding the user to check the status of the ionisation needle in a timely manner.

Controllable Airflow Control Valve

The ion nozzle of the dust extraction box is equipped with a throttle valve. It realises the fine regulation of the ion jet airflow. By adjusting the throttle valve, the user can easily control the flow and pressure of the airflow to ensure that the ion nozzle works in the best condition, thus achieving a finer and more efficient dust removal effect. At the same time, the application of the throttle valve also significantly reduces air consumption, in line with the requirements of modern industry for green, environmentally friendly production.
