The ionizer uses steady-state DC ionization technology, which can not only deal with the static electricity problems during assembly, inspection and packaging, but can also be installed in the equipment to protect the static electricity problems generated during the manufacturing process, such as finished product vacuuming, material mispicking, or micro-control locking. It also provides rapid static elimination at low airflow conditions for greater operator comfort.

Principle of static de-static

The discharge needle of the DC ionizing fan is divided into positive needle that only releases positive electricity and negative needle only releases negative electricity, which has obvious advantages in performance compared with AC type, and the disadvantage is that the environment and later maintenance requirements are higher.
