Case of electrostatic removal in air shower room

Problem description:
Static electricity accumulation: Although the anti-static clothing worn by employees reduces the generation of static electricity to a certain extent, the friction between clothes will still generate static electricity in the high wind speed environment in the air shower room. These static charges are not effectively neutralized, resulting in static electricity on the surface of the clothing.
Dust re-adsorption: the surface of the clothes with static electricity is easy to absorb the suspended dust in the air, even after the high wind speed purging of the air shower room, some dust may still be re-attached to the clothes due to static electricity, affecting the cleanliness of the dust-free environment.

Install an ion wind stick on the top of the air shower room. The ion power supply is controlled by PLC. When a person enters the air shower room, the ion wind stick starts to work.
