The customer purchased the ionizer TR8630 and installed the ionizer at the top, which seemed to be the ideal position to eliminate static electricity on “16 ear cords” at the same time.

Received feedback from the customer: the phenomenon of knotting has improved, but the phenomenon of static electricity adsorption on the edge of the packaging tape still exists.

After our site with a static meter checking found that the “carton inside the bag” there is a very high static electricity, it is recommended to use the first ion gun to eliminate;

Ion rods are also installed in the wrong location, we moved the ion rods to the front of the ear rope hanging down position, and in the other 3 rows were also installed ion rods, the problem is solved.
