1. Installation of Tronovo electrostatic precipitator TR8660, 1 bar, above the conveyor belt

2. Connect clean and dry compressed air, adjust the appropriate angle to blow ionized air

3. Adjust the air pressure according to the mounting height.


After the opening mold is disengaged, the large injection molded part is placed by the robot arm on a moving conveyor belt.

In order to prevent dust adsorption, the customer assembled an ion fan on the conveyor belt, which could not cope with the demand for dust removal with its low wind power.

Budget permitting it is recommended to install TR8660 ionized air rods, double rows of air outlet design (air outlet spacing and aperture can be customized according to requirements), to cope with the dust removal effect is more obvious.
