At present, the photovoltaic industry has used robots on a large scale to carry out the transmission work, in the transmission of silicon wafers, the mechanical equipment is generally used to add alumina vacuum suction cups to absorb silicon wafers, when the silicon wafers arrive at the flower basket, the mechanical equipment executes the placement procedure, in this placement process, the silicon wafers and the ceramic suction cups are constantly rubbed, because the charge distributed on the back of the wafer and the charge distributed on the suction cup are opposite-polarized charges, the surface of the silicon wafer of the battery produces static electricity, which makes the silicon wafer sticky when grabbing the silicon wafer, and a large number of sticky wafers appear on the spot causing the silicon wafer to fall, which in turn affects the production line to have a large number of fragments scrapped.

Solution

1. Install Tronovo Angstrom static elimination device above the mold, remove the static rod TR8630, 1 piece, if it needs to meet the electronic industry standard (electrostatic residual less than ±35V), it is recommended to install TR8660 static elimination rod

2. Connect clean and dry compressed air and blow ionized air downward
