Static electricity may exist in the label or the product itself, such as plastic bottles, etc., which can lead to mislabeling, messy flying, etc.

Prescription

1. If there is static electricity on the product, you can use an ionizing fan to remove static electricity from the product surface.

2. 2 ionized air nozzles can be installed at the same time to eliminate static electricity on labels and plastic bottles at one time.

3. Install one ionizing nozzle facing the labeling position of the product and one ionizing nozzle located upstream of the labeling head.

4. Connect clean and dry compressed air for surface blowing and dust removal.

5. The length of the ion bar can be customized to suit the site.
