Conventional static eliminators must be regularly maintained. The TF3150 series DC ion wind machine automatically cleans the electrode needle, and at the same time carries out self-diagnosis on the electrostatic elimination performance. Once a problem is found, it can be known in time. In addition, the dirt of the cleaning brush will automatically clean and maintain a clean state.

No need to replace the ion needle regularly.

There is no need to replace the ion needle in this series 3year
because the ion needle will wear out with the increase of use time, it usually needs to be replaced about 1year. The TF3150 series DC ion blower contains an ion balance detector, which can always monitor the ion status. The variable‑DC method keeps ion balance consistently at an optimal level, thereby establishing a static‑elimination environment that ensures long‑term stability and reliability. Therefore, the static elimination capability can be maintained without replacing the electrode needles.

Electrostatic discharge area

The maximum distance is 1.5m to eliminate static electricity. According to the standard of American ESD Association: ANS1/ESDS20.20-2014, each point represents the static electricity dissipation time from 1000V to 100V when the wind speed is high.
