Problems:

Currently LCD (Liquid Crystal Display, liquid crystal display) often encounter higher voltage electrostatic discharge environment, such as packaging, transportation, production operations, abnormal up and down power operation and other occasions. Residual static electricity appears electrostatic discharge phenomenon, will be very damaging to the electronic components, thus seriously affecting the normal display.

Solution:

1. FOG appearance inspection conveyor into the robotic arm, through the installation of TR8660 high-performance static elimination bar to eliminate static electricity.

2. LCD screen and backlight board are assembled and crimped, and TR8660 high performance static elimination bar is installed at the assembly position.

3. Optional access to clean, dry compressed air for remote static elimination.
