Concern

Prescription

1.Install the TR8610 or TR8630 static eliminator bar.

2.The optimal installation position is 30cm above the nozzle and 5cm from the surface of the film; a distance of 10cm is recommended for aerated use.

3.The ideal distance between the printhead of the printer and the film is within 10 millimeters. Due to the electrostatic charge on the film surface, an induced electric field is generated between the printhead and the film. If the film surface has not been de-static treatment, the ink spot in the spray nozzle by the role of the induced electric field, the trajectory will change, the abomination is that the film's electrostatic field is unstable, large and small, so the landing point of the ink spot becomes unpredictable.
