The LED indicator visually shows the working status

LED indicator intuitively displays the working status, and the built-in ‘check function’ automatically prompts the need for ion needle cleaning. The status of each function is confirmed in real time through the LED, support function output signal, easy to monitor the operating status of the equipment from the outside, to achieve efficient operation and maintenance, suitable for precision electronics, instrument manufacturing and other scenarios, to enhance the reliability of electrostatic control.

High-frequency AC ionization technology

Static electricity eliminator: adopting low-voltage 2200V design, the ion generation frequency reaches 70,000 times/second, realising high-level static electricity elimination and fast elimination speed. Ion balance is extremely stable, no need to adjust, support pipeline delivery of ions, can be used in close proximity, high security, suitable for precision electronics, instrument manufacturing and other scenarios, and efficiently solve the problem of static electricity.

Positive dissipation time measurement chart:

Positive dissipation time measurement chart clearly demonstrates the speed of static elimination: record the time required for the equipment to dissipate a charged object with a high voltage of +1000V to a safe low potential of +100V. The shorter the time, the higher the efficiency of static elimination.

Negative dissipation time measurement plot:

Core Performance - records the time it takes for a charged object with a static charge of -1000V to decay to -100V. Accurately reflect the negative charge neutralisation speed of the electrostatic eliminator, provide key data support for electrostatic control of electronic components, precision instruments and other scenarios, and help optimise anti-static solutions.

Stable ionic equilibrium

Stable ion balance is the core performance of the electrostatic eliminator. It refers to the size of the static voltage on the surface of the target object under continuous release of positive and negative ion irradiation. The higher the ion balance, the lower the residual voltage, the more accurate and reliable the effect of elimination. Excellent ion balance eliminates the need for cumbersome adjustments and significantly improves the accuracy and yield of electrostatic dissipation in precision manufacturing processes.
